For the first time, the Professional Association of Sales Promoters
and Trainers in
Cologne (BDVT) presented its International German Training Award in
conjunction
with the didacta Further Training Fair, Europe's biggest Education Fair
held in Hanover.
21 finalists for the training award, now conferred for the 14th time,
presented themselves
at a special stand during the fair. 12 concepts received awards in gold,
silver and bronze
in five different categories. The award winners were selected by a jury
of experts from the
entire German-speaking world.
Press comment
The Domscheit company was able once again to bring
home the "International German
Trainer Award" in Bronze to the Sauerland.
"A great confirmation of our successful work", said a jubilant
André Domscheit. "Process
monitoring which is both useful for the staff and saves the company's
money is the recipe
for our success".
A quality offensive, in which staff are trained to be "UvOs"
(on the spot entrepreneurs), is
the substance of the Award- winning concept.
The jury was particularly impressed by the skilled methods of the team
of trainers. In this
concept, fun and sustained results in learning are not at odds and are
the recipe for success.
This, coupled with 6-7 figure savings, is a valuable contribution to
keeping businesses in
Germany.
