Naturally all manager and executive trainers have had several years' leadership experience,
all our sales trainers have seen their sales methods working successfully in the field.
Consultant skills are enhanced by academic qualifications like Business Management Methodology, Psychology, Business Administration and further qualification in areas such as Systemic Organisation Counselling.
For us, on-going supervision of trainers and consultants goes without saying.
On international projects we work together with experienced trainers from the countries involved; projects have been implemented to date with the US, England, France and Italy.
